Dashboards in Stax.ai give you a clear picture of your business at a glance. They are designed to help you track census collection, client health, and overall operations without digging through multiple systems. Think of them as your "control panels"—each one shows different information so you always know where things stand.
By default, every user has access to three main dashboards: Census & Payroll, Client Overview, and Operations Overview.
Key Benefits:
Clarity at a glance: Quickly see progress, risks, and workloads.
Stay proactive: Spot issues like blocked client tasks or at-risk clients before they cause delays.
Team alignment: Since dashboards are visible to everyone, your team can make decisions using the same information.
Confidence in compliance: Keep an eye on deadlines and submissions to avoid compliance risks.
