Welcome to Lesson 2 of the Stax.ai CX onboarding series. In this module, you’ll learn how to configure your user profile — an essential first step for personalizing your experience and ensuring smooth communication with both clients and teammates.
By the end of this setup, you'll:
Upload your profile picture
Confirm your contact details
Create your digital signature
Set notification preferences
Connect your email inbox for enhanced insights
This configuration takes just a few minutes and lays the foundation for using Stax.ai CX effectively.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Your Profile
Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
In the menu that appears, select “My Account” at the top.
2. Upload a Profile Picture
Click on the photo icon.
Upload a clear, professional image.
This helps clients and teammates recognize you across the platform.
3. Verify Your Contact Information
Ensure your name, email, and phone number are accurate.
This info appears in the client portal and is used for internal messaging.
4. Add a Bio (Optional)
In the About section, you can add a short description of your role or background.
5. Set Up Your Digital Signature
Scroll to the Signature section.
Create your e-signature by drawing or typing it.
This signature will be used for signing documents within Stax.ai CX.
6. Configure Notification Preferences
Choose how you want to receive updates (e.g., task assignments, client actions, mentions).
7. Connect Your Email Inbox
In the Email section, follow the prompts to link your work email.
This enables sentiment analysis and pulse scoring to help track the health of your client relationships.
It also syncs communication threads for full visibility across your team.
