Your Profile Settings

Configure your account settings like profile picture, name, and phone number.

Navigating to Your Account

To navigate to your account settings, once logged into Stax.AI CX, select the initial circle in the bottom left hand corner. When selected, this will open a vertical menu. Select the top item on the list titled My Account.

Configuring Account Settings

Once you open the My Account page, you'll be able to configure the following options:

Personal Details

You will be able to configure your profile picture, name, email, phone number, update your password, and write a brief biography about yourself.

Contact information like your name, email, and phone number can be shown on your client portal if enabled.

Digital Signature

When signing documents inside Stax.AI CX, you will have the option to either write it using your mouse, or use a digital signature. Your digital signature can be configured in your account settings.

Notification Preferences

Notifications are a powerful way to ensure that you are notified when certain actions are taken by your team or clients. Configurable notifications are:

  • Notify me when my name is mentioned in notes or comments

  • Notify me when I'm assigned a task or project

  • Notify me when files are shared with me

  • Notify me when my automations fail or require assistance

  • Notify me when clients complete important actions or have overdue tasks

  • Notify me when on community activity related to me

  • Notify me when clients have overdue tasks

Email Connection, Signature, and Automatic Responder

Inside your account settings is where you will be able to configure your email options. These options are:

  • Email Connection - Stax.AI CX supports connecting either your Outlook or Gmail email inbox to sync in, read, and send emails from your inbox.

    • To disconnect your inbox, you can select the disconnect button below your email connection settings. This will disconnect your inbox from Stax.AI CX and remove all emails from the system.

      • Emails will not be able to be sent without an active inbox connected.

    • To make your emails visible to all other team members, select the checkbox. This will display your email chains in the company history log.

  • Email Signature - You can create your email signature in the email settings here. This email signature will append to the end of all emails sent from the Stax.AI CX platform.

  • Automatic Response - You will be able to enable the automatic responder from the CX platform. This option will allow you to configure messages to and from specific people with specific message for specific dates.
