Email Templates in Stax CX give you a repeatable, branded way to communicate with clients and plan sponsors directly from the platform.

Step 1: Access the Email Templates library

Navigate to Library › Emails in CX to view all existing templates.

Step 2: Create a new email template

Click New Email Template to start from scratch or duplicate an existing one.

Step 3: Choose template type

Select Branded Email for styled messages with your logo, or Text Email for a simple plain‑text send.

Step 4: Customize the branded template

Use the rich‑text editor to add your logo, brand colors, buttons, and signature blocks.

Step 5: Insert merge fields

Pull dynamic data—like client names, plan year, or sponsor website—using the Add Variable button.

Step 6: Preview & switch to text

Toggle Switch to Text to see how the message looks as plain text, ensuring alignment for every inbox.

Step 7: Configure recipients & fallback

Add To / CC / BCC recipients and set whether to send when a contact is missing.

Step 8: Manage existing templates and send email

From the list view you can edit and send standardized email templates.
