The Inbox in Stax.ai CX lets you read, organize, and send client email without leaving the platform. Think of it as your email workbench inside CX: you can review threads, draft responses, and keep communication tied to your client workflow.

Your connected mailbox (Outlook or Gmail) is still the source of truth, while CX gives you a cleaner way to manage daily email tasks.
