How to Remove and Reconnect Your Google Access Token for Stax.ai

Overview

If you run into issues with your Gmail connection inside Stax.ai CX, you may need to remove the old Google access token and reconnect your account. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open Your Google Account Settings

  1. In Gmail (top right corner), click on your profile picture.

  2. Select Manage your Google Account.

Step 2: Navigate to Security

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Security.

  2. Scroll down to the section Your connections to third-party apps & services.

  3. Select See all connections.

Step 3: Find Stax.ai CX

  1. In the list of connected apps, look for Stax.ai CX.

  2. Click on it to view details.

Step 4: Remove the Connection

  1. Scroll down and select Delete all connections you have with Stax.ai CX.

  2. A confirmation popup will appear.

  3. Select Confirm to remove the token.

Step 5: Reconnect Gmail in Stax.ai CX

  1. Return to your Stax.ai CX platform.

  2. Navigate to Integrations → Gmail (or the Gmail connection area).

  3. Reconnect your account by signing in with Google.

You’re all set!
Your Gmail is now reconnected with a fresh token, ensuring smooth syncing between Google and Stax.ai CX.
