Stax.ai CX exports Census data to FTWilliam in a specific Grid format. In order to utilize this automation, please ensure you have the following Census Grid configured on your FTWilliam.com portal.

Using Custom Grids
Stax.ai also supports sending data using custom FTW Census Grids. Go to integration settings from your user icon.
Select your FTWilliam.com integration to configure (or add a new integration).
Click on Configure Custom Census Import Grid.
Set up your grid headings on the left side and link it to the appropriate Stax.ai Census Field on the right side.
You can remove columns by selecting "None" on the drop-down or add new columns by clicking "Add Grid Column" below. Save the configuration.
When transmitting census data to FTWilliam.com, this grid configuration will be used.
