This guide will walk you through the process of exporting census data from the Stax.ai CX Platform. Each chapter will cover a specific function, ensuring a clear understanding of how to perform each task effectively.

Selecting Participants and Plans

Navigate to Participants on the left-hand side menu. Choose a company that contains employees, for this example, we'll choose Vision Information Systems LLC.

Exporting Standard Census Files

In the top right corner, click More and select Configure Census Export File. This is Stax.AI's default export option. The standard option exports data in a standardized format including all relevant participant information.

Check or uncheck the box to include employees with zero compensation based on what you're looking to export

Including employees with zero compensation might be necessary for complete data analysis.

Save your configuration and the Excel file will be exported to your Downloads folder. The exported file contains participant details like first name, last name, Social Security number, hire dates, and compensation information.

Understanding Exported Data

Review the exported file to identify any cells highlighted in red.

Red highlights indicate issues such as invalid Social Security numbers or data inconsistencies. Address highlighted issues by reviewing the original data in the CX system.

Exporting for FT William Integration

Select the FT William export option if the integration is configured. Go to Integrations to set up or edit FT William configurations.

Ensure your integration settings match the import requirements of FT William for seamless data transfer.

Download and check the exported grid, which includes the FT William Grid ID.

This format is tailored for direct importing into FT William.

By following this guide, you should now be able to export census data efficiently from the Stax.AI CX platform. Whether configuring standard exports or setting up integrations, each chapter provides the necessary steps to ensure your data management aligns with your organizational requirements.
