Quickly exchange sensitive documents with clients through secure, permission‑controlled folders. Clients can upload and download files without resorting to email attachments, ensuring confidentiality and a clear audit trail.

Create a shared folder

Inside Files, click New Shared Folder, give it a clear name, and choose default permissions for clients.

Add sub‑folders for better organization

Review folder permissions and details

Click the folder to open Details. Adjust description, retention, and individual access settings.

From the client’s portal, they see only the folders you’ve shared. They can preview or download documents securely.

Copy secure share link

Back in the admin view, select Copy Link to get a secure share URL for the folder.

Generate a public upload link

Need inbound documents? Toggle Public Upload to generate a link where anyone can drop files.

Add sub‑folders for better organization

Create sub‑folders to organize by year or document type, keeping everything tidy for both teams.
