Managing folders and files in CX helps your team stay organized as work grows. You can create folders, rename items, and upload documents directly into the right location.

This keeps work tidy and makes it easier for everyone to find the latest version of what they need.

How To

Step 1: Open Files from the left menu.

Step 2: Use the menu on the right to create a new folder when needed.

Step 3: To open any folder, double-click it.

Step 4: To rename a folder or file, use the available folder and file options in the same area.

Step 5: Upload files by either dragging and dropping files into the folder window, or clicking the upload button in the top-right area and choosing files.

Step 6: After upload, confirm the file appears in the folder list.
