This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the Participants system in Stax.AI CX, designed to help you efficiently manage participant data, filter plan details, and identify discrepancies for swift resolution.

Accessing the Participants List

Begin by selecting Participants from the left-hand menu to open the participants list.

The Participants list displays a breakdown of participants by the plan they are part of, filtered by plan year.

Filtering Plan Data

Use the drop-down icon to select a different plan year and filter the data accordingly.

For this example we can keep the filter on 2024 for this walkthrough, adding additional filters as needed (e.g., plan assignee, data fields, plan types).

You can filter participants by custom data fields, tags, and payroll providers which can be particularly useful for targeting specific groups.

Navigating the Central Table

Observe the central table for detailed participant information: company name, tags, status, plans, employee count, data status, errors, and last payroll date.

Participants' status and errors are called out explicitly, helping you quickly address data discrepancies or onboarding issues.

Hover over data status or error messages to see detailed information or suggestions for correction.

Viewing and Managing Individual Participant Details

Select a company or participant (e.g., Flight Rubber Firm) to view individual participant details. The participant's page will show details such as personal information, gross compensation, elective deferrals, employer matches, and more.

A payroll connection with services like ADP Run ensures automatic updates and calculations for fields such as gross compensation.

Note that the CX platform automatically detects service requirements like hours of service for eligibility.

Keep an eye out for automatic scrub checks by Stax.AI CX which highlight potential errors or missing data.

Resolving Data Issues

Identify and resolve issues flagged by the system, such as invalid Social Security Numbers or missing compensation data.

Hover over highlighted fields to get more information about the issue and necessary actions.

Pay close attention to warnings about changing deferral or match entry dates to avoid discrepancies in records.

Exploring Plan Year Data

Select and filter by different plan years to view historical participant activity and status details.

This feature allows you to track changes in employment status and contributions across different time periods.

By following this guide, you will have mastered the key functions of the Participants system within Stax.AI CX. From filtering data by plan years to using automated scrub checks to resolve data discrepancies, you are now equipped with valuable skills to enhance your workflows.
