Overview:
Stax.ai client task reminders system is designed to help you get the most productivity out of your team by automating the task follow up process using intelligent reminders.
Adding Recipients
To add certain contact roles to the reminders list, first navigate to your reminders settings in Settings > Advanced. When on the reminders page, scroll down to Client Task Follow-Up and view the Configure Reminders section.
This section will contain a dropdown where you can select all roles you want to be included in the reminder emails. You can add as many or as few roles as you like, and Stax.ai will automatically send out reminders to those roles when and if they exist on the projects, companies, and plans that require follow ups.
Important Note: When a primary contact is assigned, the primary contact will always receive the task reminders; this is why primary contact is not an option that can be selected in this list.
