This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough of managing companies within the Stax.ai CX platform. Learn how to navigate the company section, filter client information, manage contacts, utilize custom data fields, and handle tasks efficiently to streamline your workflow.

Navigating the Companies Section

Begin by selecting Companies from the left-hand side menu to navigate to the Companies page. The company list will open automatically. You can filter this information using the options at the top of the screen.

Filtering and Searching Companies

Use the filters to view specific clients by name, tag, or custom data fields. To quickly find a company, enter its name in the search bar at the top right.

Viewing and Updating Company Profile

Click on a company, such as 'Foundation Leadership LLC', to view detailed information including status, tags, and relevant data. You can update tags by adding or editing the existing tags for better categorization.

Managing Client Directory and Portal Access

Access the client directory to manage and upload secure documents pertinent to the company. Client portal access can be delegated by selecting the option and granting necessary permissions.

Handling Interactions and AI Insights

Review client interactions and AI-powered executive summaries to understand the current relationship status. AI insights provide sentiment analysis to help you gauge client satisfaction over time.

Managing Contacts

Navigate to the 'People' tab to add or modify internal and external contacts related to the company. Assign roles and manage portal access for contacts like financial advisors or plan administrators.

Ensure contacts are assigned the correct roles for streamlined communication and task management.

Using Custom Data Fields

Go to the 'Data' tab to add custom fields like 'First Withholding Date' to store crucial client information.

Customize data views to better organize the information crucial for your team’s operational needs.

Task and Project Management

In the 'To Do' tab, oversee tasks assigned to yourself or team members, and review project statuses. Utilize AI-generated task suggestions to enhance workflow efficiency and address client needs promptly.
