This guide explains how CX suggests tasks from recent emails so you can turn requests into action quickly. Think of it like a follow-up assistant that reads context and proposes next steps for you. Instead of manually copying email details into tasks, you can create tasks directly from the dashboard.
β
Key Benefits
Save time by creating tasks from email context in one click.
Reduce missed follow-ups by turning requests into tracked work right away.
Keep task context clear because suggested tasks stay tied to related email and client details.
Help your team stay organized with faster capture of action items.
How To
Open Inbox and choose a specific email.
Go to Inbox and click the email you want to review. When the email opens, CX automatically reads that email context and generates Suggested Tasks.
Review suggested tasks on that email.
Read each suggestion and confirm it matches the follow-up you want tracked. This helps you avoid creating unnecessary tasks.
Create a task from a suggestion.
Click the suggested task card you want to add. CX creates a new task using that suggestion and links it to the related email/client context.
Confirm task creation.
After clicking, the suggestion should appear as a normal task item instead of a suggestion card. That confirms the task is now part of your active workflow.
Open and manage the new task.
Update details as needed, assign ownership if needed, and track progress like any other task. Mark it complete when the follow-up work is done.
