Login Options

Within CX, you can specify security settings for how your team logs into the platform. Options that CX supports today are:

  • Password

  • Password + MFA

  • Password-less

Client Folders

To automatically create client directories when a new client is added or when prompted via the Clients section, please select the root folder where all client folders will be inside, and optionally a template folder to copy from and rename to when creating a new client folder.

Client Task Follow Up

Within CX you have the option to automatically send reminder emails to your clients when they have an outstanding task. You can specify:

  • Frequency of follow up emails until due date

    • How many days will exist in between each reminder email

  • Frequency and duration of follow-up emails after the due date

    • How many days will exist in between each reminder email

    • After how many days will reminder emails stop

Client Invite Follow Up

In CX you'll also have the ability to send reminders to your clients who have been sent an invite to use your Client Portal but who have not activated their account yet.

API Keys

In CX you'll also have the option to create and use API keys to take advantage of the APIs that the system has. Whether you need to send to CX or take advantage of webhooks, you can create keys here.
