Plan Admin Settings

Learn how to configure team wide plan administration settings.

Plan admin settings give you the flexibility to specify global - team level controls that effect how Stax.AI performs various functionality.

Census Settings

When enabled, these settings will require census participants to have certain fields provided.

  • Require Email Field for Employees

  • Require Phone Number Field for Employees

  • Require Residential Address field for employees

  • Collect Statutory Compensation from Census

  • Collect Gross Minus Exclusions from Census

Eligibility Settings

  • Assume 8 hours per working day for full-time employees

    • When this is enabled, equivalency will be set to 8 hours per working day for all participating employees. For plans that support specific equivalency methods, this method should be disabled.

Client Contact Roles

Manage role options for client contacts here. These options will be available when adding roles to client contacts by your team and your clients.

External Contact Roles

Manage role options for external contacts here. These options will be available when adding roles to external contacts by your team and your clients.
