Your clients will receive an email as shown below.
They need to click on the "Accept Invite" button which will navigate them to the Client Portal account setup screen.
Your clients will be greeted with an easy-to-use account setup flow as shown below.
You can configure specific tasks for your client before inviting them to the client portal so that they have some tasks ready to go, such as:
Connecting their payroll provider; or uploading payroll reports for the plan year to date.
Inviting other team members to the Client Portal.
Completing an on-boarding questionnaire.
