Open the Deals module
Review the automatically created Sales Funnel. Columns represent pipeline stages; use the filter bar at the top to narrow the view.
Review the Default Sales Funnel & Filters
Click New to create a record, assign the company and see AI insights like sentiment and executive summary on the right.
Create a New Deal
Drag and drop deal cards between stages to reflect progress. Quick‑actions appear to mark deals as Closed Won or Closed Lost.
Update Deal Stage via Drag‑and‑Drop
Use the More menu next to New for additional actions.
Access Deal Actions Menu
Select Edit Funnel to rename it, set default deal values, and configure Launch on Win/Loss automations.
Edit Funnel Settings
Build additional funnels by clicking the down arrow beside the funnel name and choosing New Funnel.
Create Additional Funnels
Choose Edit Stages to rename stages, assign owners (e.g., BDR, Relationship Manager, Implementation Specialist), and adjust stage SLA targets.
