Navigating the Project Dashboard
Access the Project Dashboard by selecting the 'To Do' item on your side menu.
The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all active projects, their statuses, and detailed information at a glance.
Using Filters to Manage Projects
Use the built-in filters at the top of the screen to quickly access the projects you need. Click on Status to filter projects based on their current status like Completed, In Progress, or Not Started.
You can add more filters for criteria like Client, Due Dates, and Plans using the Add Filter button.
Creating a New Project
Click the New button on the right-hand side to start a new project. Enter a Project Name such as 'File Form 5500 for Clients' and press Enter. Fill in necessary fields like Company by selecting from the list of configured companies. Select a Plan if required and add a description for clarity.
Managing Projects with Tasks
Navigate to the Tasks section inside the project to create a task. Create a Task by providing details like the task name, responsible person, due date, priority, and status. Tasks can be extended with Automations for more efficiency, like sending emails or generating reports automatically.
Monitoring Project Progress
Use the Activity Log to track updates and changes to your projects. The activity log tracks who made changes and when – essential for auditing and tracking progress. Monitor the project summary to check overall task progress and project status updates.
