Users and Groups Overview

Grouping users is a powerful way to organize different departments, teams, and functions inside CX. To navigate to users and groups, select your profile icon in the bottom left corner, and select Users and Groups.

Inviting New Users

To invite a new user to your team, select the New button in the top right corner, and then select invite user. Once selected, enter in a name, email, and title of the person you are inviting. Then select invite. Once invited, the person you invited will recieve an email asking them to create their password and log into Stax.AI CX.

User Permissions

To grant a use specific permissions inside Stax.AI CX, navigate to the users table on the bottom half of the screen. Here you'll see a list of all the current and inactive users in your team. To adjust the permissions a user has, select the permission R/W for the column you wish to update. If the user is a part of a group, permissions will be configured at the group level above.

To add a user to a group, select the 3 (...) at the right side of the row for the user you wish to add to a group. Select add to group, and select the corresponding group.

Creating Groups

Groups are a great way to organize your team members based on the roles and functions they perform. Permissions can be organized unique to each group to allow for standard access control across the platform.

Examples are: Client Relationship Managers, Admins, IT, etc.

To make a user an admin, select the checkbox in the Admin column of the table. This will grant the user or users in the group all current and future permissions.

For information on permissions read our article here.
