Stax.ai CX has a refreshed interface. Your data, your projects, and your workflows are exactly where they were. What changed is how the screens look, how information is laid out, and a new option to use CX in a light color theme instead of the dark one.

CX has always used a dark interface. You can now switch to light, stay on dark, or let CX follow whatever your computer is set to. Theme is a per person setting, so your choice does not affect anyone else on your team.

To change it, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and select My Account. Your theme options are there, and the change takes effect right away.

Companies, Plans, and the project and task screens have a cleaner layout. Nothing was removed. Some controls sit in a different spot than they used to.

The steps are the same and the result is the same. The screen you fill in has been tidied up.

Where CX used to show a stacked list of records, you now see a table with columns. Tables sort and filter, which makes a long book of business much faster to work through.

Every control you had is still there. If you cannot find one, start with the overview article for that area: Companies Overview, Plans Overview, Projects Overview, or Tasks Overview. If it is still not clear, message us from the chat bubble inside CX or contact your account manager, and we will point you straight to it.

Going forward, screenshots in this help center are shown in the light theme. We are working through the existing articles, so some images still show the dark theme. Either way, every button, menu, and step is in the same place. Only the colors are different.
