Integrations connect Stax.ai CX to the other tools your firm already uses. Instead of downloading files from one system and uploading them into another, CX moves the data for you. This saves time, reduces copy-paste errors, and keeps your client records in one place.
CX has two kinds of connections:
Team integrations — set up once by an admin for your whole firm. These live in Settings > Integrations.
Personal email connections — each team member connects their own mailbox (Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook/Office 365) from the Inbox.
Key capabilities
Send census data to your compliance software. Transmit scrubbed census data to FTWilliam.com, or export census files formatted for Datair — no manual reformatting.
Work email without leaving CX. Connect Gmail or Outlook so client conversations sync into CX and link to the right company automatically.
Send from your own mail server. Use the SMTP integration to send CX emails through your firm's own email server.
Connect Trust Accounting. Link your STAX•AI TA (Trust Accounting) account to CX with your email and API key.
How it fits into CX
Integrations power other features across the platform. Census data collected in Plan Admin flows out to FTWilliam.com or Datair. Email connections feed the Inbox, link conversations to companies, and let automations send client reminders. Project automations (like "Transmit census data to FTWilliam.com") depend on the matching integration being connected first.
A quick look
The Add Integration section at the top shows the integrations you can connect. The Live Integrations list below shows what is already connected, who created each connection, and when it last synced.
Add a team integration
Note: You need admin access to manage team integrations.
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.
Click the Integrations tab. The Integrations page opens.
Under Add Integration, click the tile for the tool you want to connect.
Enter the credentials the connection asks for (for example, an API key).
Click Save. The integration now appears under Live Integrations.
To change a connection later, click the options menu on its row and choose Edit Integration or Remove Integration.
Tip: Only one connection of each type can exist per team. If a tile looks grayed out, that integration is already connected.
