Overview
Stax.ai CX can export census data straight into FTWilliam.com. The export uses a specific census grid format, so FTWilliam knows which column holds which field. You can use the standard Stax.ai grid, or build a custom grid that matches the layout your firm already uses.
When to use this
Set up a census grid before you transmit census data from CX to FTWilliam.com for the first time. Use a custom grid if your firm's FTWilliam census layout differs from the standard Stax.ai format.
Set up the standard grid
To use the census export automation, configure the Stax.ai census grid on your FTWilliam.com portal so it matches the expected format.

Configure a custom grid
CX also supports sending census data using your own FTWilliam grid layout:
Click your user icon and open integration settings.
Select your FTWilliam.com integration to configure it — or add a new integration if you haven't connected FTWilliam yet.
Click Configure Custom Census Import Grid. The grid mapping screen opens.
Enter your grid headings on the left side.
Link each heading to the matching Stax.ai Census Field on the right side.
Save the configuration. Your custom grid is now used whenever CX transmits census data to FTWilliam.com.
Options explained
Remove a column — select None in the census field dropdown for that heading.
Add a column — click Add Grid Column below the mapping list.
Troubleshooting
Census data lands in the wrong columns in FTWilliam — the grid headings and field mappings likely don't match your FTWilliam grid. Re-open the custom grid configuration and check each mapping.
