What is Deals CRM?
Deals is the built-in CRM in Stax.ai CX. It turns your sales pipeline into a visual funnel board, so every teammate can create, track, and move deals from first touch to closed-won. Because it lives inside CX, winning a deal can automatically kick off client onboarding — no re-entering data into a separate sales tool.
Key capabilities
See your whole pipeline at a glance. Each funnel is a drag-and-drop board. Columns are your stages, and every card is a deal. Drag a card to update its stage — or drop it on Won or Lost to close it.
Forecast revenue automatically. Give each stage a win probability, and CX shows a weighted pipeline value next to your total pipeline value at the top of the board.
Hand off wins without dropped balls. Set a Launch on Win project template, and closing a deal automatically starts your onboarding project in CX. You can set a Launch on Loss template too — for example, to move lost deals into a nurture campaign.
Slice the pipeline your way. Filter deals by owner and status (Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned), and save presets for the views you use most.
How it fits into CX
Companies — every deal links to a company. Create a new company right from the New Deal form if the prospect isn't in CX yet.
Plans — attach a deal to a specific plan for that company.
Projects — stage changes and deal outcomes can launch project templates, connecting sales to service delivery.
Reporting — deal values and stage probabilities feed your weighted pipeline numbers.
A quick look
Open Deals from the left sidebar. The board shows your funnel's stages as columns. Use the funnel name at the top to switch funnels or create a new one, the filter bar to narrow the view, and the More menu for funnel settings.
Create your first deal
Click Deals in the left sidebar.
Click New. The New Deal form opens.
Select the Company. Type to search — or type a new name to create the company on the spot.
Enter a Deal Name and a Value (ACV) — the deal's annual revenue.
Confirm the Deal Owner, Funnel, and Stage / Outcome.
Click Save. The deal card appears in its stage column.
