The Library’s Pages module turns scattered know‑how into a single source of truth. In a few clicks, any team member can spin up—or update—a rich, searchable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) page, complete with text, screenshots, and links. The result: faster onboarding, fewer “how‑do‑I” Slack pings, and consistent execution across every client and process.
Key Benefits:
Centralized knowledge – All SOPs live in one location, eliminating tribal know‑how and version‑creep.
Rapid onboarding – New hires ramp up in hours, not weeks, by following clear, illustrated steps.
Consistent execution – Standardized pages ensure every client task is done the right way, every time.
Built‑in accountability – Page ownership and edit history make it easy to see who updated what and when.
Search & deep‑link friendly – Instant search and auto‑generated section anchors let teammates jump to exactly the step they need.
Reduced support load – Fewer ad‑hoc questions free your team to focus on higher‑value work
