CX Automations streamline repetitive tasks by automatically triggering predefined actions based on specific conditions, reducing manual effort and errors. They enhance efficiency, improve workflow consistency, and allow your team to focus on higher-value activities, ultimately optimizing business operations.

Introduction to Automations

CX Automations streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error. Automations help manage workflows by triggering predefined actions based on specific conditions.

Setting Up an Automation

1. Select an Automation

Navigate to a project's tasks, or select a specific task where you want to trigger an automation.

View the automation option on the task, and select attach automation.

When the modal opens, select the automation specific to what you want to accomplish.

2. Configure the Automation

Once you have selected the automation you wish to perform, select configure the automation.

When configuring an automation, select the parameters of the automation.

Examples: Set the recipient of the email, select the email template to be sent.

Once you have configured the automation, select attach automation.

3. Configure Automation Conditions

If applicable, apply additional conditional logic.

Example: If you're launching another project when one is completed, determine the parameters for when to trigger the launch project automation.

Why Automations Are Important

Saves Time: Reduces manual intervention, allowing teams to focus on higher-value tasks.

Minimizes Errors: Automations follow predefined rules, eliminating human mistakes.

Enhances Productivity: Speeds up processes, improving workflow efficiency.

Improves Consistency: Ensures uniform execution of tasks across different workflows.

Facilitates Scalability: As businesses grow, automations help manage increasing workloads effectively.
