You can change your Stax.ai CX password anytime from your account settings. A strong, current password keeps your client data safe — update yours if you suspect it's been shared, or whenever your firm's security policy requires it.
Update your password
Log in to cx.stax.ai.
Click your profile icon at the bottom-left of the screen.
Select My Account from the menu.
In the Personal Details section, click Change Password. The Change Password window opens.
Enter your new password. Make sure it meets all the requirements: a. At least 10 characters b. At least 1 uppercase letter (A) c. At least 1 lowercase letter (a) d. At least 1 number (1) e. At least 1 symbol (!) f. Both password fields match
Click the blue Save button.
You're all set! Your password has been updated. Use it the next time you log in.
Tips
Tip: Each requirement lights up as you meet it. If Save isn't working, look for the requirement that hasn't been met yet.
