Ameriprise statements will never start at Page 1, as the first 1-5 pages are always a consolidated summary of all of the accounts in the associated plan.

  • Make sure to not assume a statement is a partial statement because it does not start at Page 1

  • If you do come across a consolidated summary page, move it to To-Do/Useless Pages

Extractions:

  1. Beginning Balance

  2. TX: Deposits

  3. Transfer in

  4. TX: Withdrawals

  5. Transfer Out

  6. Dividends

  7. Interest

  8. Capital Gains

  9. Gain/Loss

  10. Ending Balance

  11. Income: Other

  12. Income: Foreign

  13. TX: Accrued

Equations:

TX: Income

={dividends} + {interest} + {capital gains} + {income: other} + {income: foreign}

TX: Transfers

={transfer in} + {transfer out}

Normal Transaction Detail guidelines will be followed and used for these statements (columns will be labeled as “Date”, “Description” & “Amount”). Therefore, in the tables section this graph will be labeled as “Transaction Detail”

“Your Cash Sweep Activity” will NOT be included in the Transaction Detail.
