Here, you can check which statements you have, identify missing statements, and determine if any require human assistance.
To get to the Status Report, click on TPA Assets then choose the "Status Report" button.
The status report allows you to review all statements for the chosen plan year for each account. All filtered accounts can be exported to a quick-downloaded excel sheet for you to review offline.
Feel free to click on the Plan Name to review the Trust Accounting Plan Summary, or click on the account number to review the Trust Accounting Account summary. By clicking on any of the months, you will be directed to the linked statement or a search filter to find the missing statement.

Filter and Sort Accounts
To make navigating your extensive account list easier, Stax.ai | AI Retirement Plan Admin Software for TPAs offers a variety of sorting and filtering options.
Filter Accounts by
Plan ID
Filter the list by only a certain set of Plan IDs
Plan Name
Filter the list by a specific plan name
You can also search for a specific plan name or ID in the search bar at the top
Provider
Filter the accounts by only a specific provider. Example: you only want to see Charles Schwab statements.
Account number
Filter by the account number
You can also search for a specific account number in the search bar at the top
FBO/participant name
You can filter the list by a specific participant name, which is especially helpful when viewing a single participant across multiple accounts and providers. For example, if John Smith has a 401k and a CB plan with three separate accounts at different providers, filtering by 'John Smith' will display all of his accounts in one view
Plan Year End
Filter by Plan Year End. This is handy when looking at off-calendar year plans.
Sort By
You can click on any header in the status report to sort by that item. For example, clicking on 'Plan ID' will sort by plan ID in numerical order, while 'Plan name' will sort alphabetically by plan name.
Account by Status
All Accounts
Here, all accounts in an active, non-ignored status will be listed. These accounts must be housed in TPA Plans under a specific plan to be registered. Accounts marked as 'ignore' will not appear in this section.
Accounts Missing Statements
Accounts missing statements will display all active, non-ignored accounts that are missing one or more statements for the plan year.
To-Do Accounts
To-do accounts will list all active, non-ignored accounts that have at least one statement requiring human assistance. This includes statements that don't reconcile, have incorrect extractions, or where transaction details don't match the account summary.
Reviewed Accounts
Reviewed accounts will display all active, non-ignored accounts with the 'Reviewed' checkbox checked on the account status page. This indicates that a note has been left by another user. To see which user left the note, hover over the user bubble at the far right of the account line.
On-Track Accounts
On-track accounts will list all active, non-ignored accounts that have received all expected statements for the plan year. Stax.ai | AI Retirement Plan Admin Software for TPAs expects to have all statements in the system by the following month. For example, in February, Stax.ai | AI Retirement Plan Admin Software for TPAs expects to receive January statements.
Complete Accounts
Complete accounts will list all active, non-ignored accounts that have received all expected statements for the plan year. This status is achieved when an account is closed and all statements are received, or when the last statement for the plan year is in the system.
Pinned Accounts
Pinned accounts will display any active, non-ignored account you have marked with a pin. This feature is useful for comparing a few accounts at a time. Pinned accounts are temporary, local to a single user, and will reset after you log out of the system.
Examples for use:
You have started trust accounting on an account, but you need more information. You can pin that account so as not to lose it while you do your research.
You have a list of high priority accounts you want to be aware of
To pin an account, right-click on the account number in the status report and choose “pin account” from the context menu.
Export to Excel
The 'Export to Excel' button on the status report will generate a direct download of the current view. Any filters or sorting applied will be reflected in the exported list.
Ignore Account
You can mark an account as 'ignore' so the account won't be included in the status report or trust accounting export. To do this, right-click on the account in the status report and select 'ignore' from the context menu.
This will remove the account and all its statements from the status report, which is useful for clearing out old, inactive accounts without deleting them entirely. This will not delete any statements or data from the Stax.ai platform or your individual client folders.
You can also un-ignore the account via the Plan Summary page. Unignoring the account will allow the account and statements to be shown in the status report and trust accounting sheets.
