The Find Info Folder
What is this stack?
The Find Info stack is used in manual processes to automatically look up and attach a statement’s account and plan information.
How does it work?
The Find Info stack works similarly to the Upload stack by scanning each page of a document to locate a matching account number.
If a match is found, Stax.ai associates the relevant plan information with the statement and moves it to the File It! stack for further processing.
If no match is found, the document will flag and stay in this folder, in need of manual review and assistance.
Why does something go into this folder?
Why does something go into this folder?
Statements end up in this folder for two reasons:
The statement was manually moved to this stack for its automatic account lookup
The statement was automatically moved from the Split stack to re-enter the brokerage statement workflow.
How do I fix it?
A document will flag in this stack if it is unable to match the statement to a present account or plan in the TPA Plan Editor. To resolve these flags please either reach out to your Client Success Specialist, or follow the procedure below.
