Inviting users through Users & Groups is the fastest way to bring new team members into Stax.ai CX while keeping access secure and organized. You send an email invitation, the new user sets their own password, and they show up in your users table ready for permissions.
Prerequisites
Admin access in CX.
The new user's work email address, full name, and title.
A plan for their access: which group they should join, and whether they need admin rights (most people don't).
Invite a user
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Users & Groups.
Click New in the top-right corner.
Select Invite User.
Enter the user's full name, email address, and title.
Send the invitation. The user appears in your users table marked as invited.
Required fields explained
Full name — how the user appears across CX (task assignments, comments, activity logs).
Email address — where the invitation goes, and their login ID. Double-check the spelling.
Title — the user's role at your firm, shown on their profile.
What happens next
The user receives an invitation email.
They create their password and sign in for the first time.
After first login, they show as active in your users table.
You're all set! The new user can log in — now give them the right access.
Tip: Didn't arrive? Open the options menu on the user's row and click Resend Invite. Sent it to the wrong address? Choose Cancel Invite and start over.
Post-invite checklist
Add the user to the correct group so role-based permissions apply. See Creating User Permission Groups.
Confirm their access by checking the key areas they should (and shouldn't) see.
Only check the Admin box if their role truly requires full platform control.
Record onboarding completion in your internal checklist.
